The breadth of our customer base encompasses small independent tile retailers operating on the high streets of towns and cities across the country, as well as large multiple DIY and specialist tile retailers operating central distribution networks, or regional hub and spoke operations feeding national branch networks on suburban retail parks.

Furthermore, British Ceramic Tile have established relationships with and supply many organisations working within the UK construction industry on new-build and refurbishment projects in both the public and private sectors. The professionals we deal with on a daily basis include architects, designers, contractors, sub-contractors, general builders and tradesmen. We work with them across a variety of projects ranging from social and private housing to retail, hotel and leisure, commercial, healthcare, education and industrial developments.
As a company we are aware that producing and selling high quality, excellent value ceramic tiles is at the core of our business, but for many of our customers the tiles they order are almost always part of a much bigger picture.
We recognise the complexities of category management in large retail organisations and have therefore created a category team of our own to work alongside our client companies and ensure they find suitable ranges as well as logistical, trading and marketing solutions. At British Ceramic Tile we are also adept at circumnavigating the often long and complex process of product specification and we appreciate the need for creating a balance between value for money as well as high technical and performance criteria in the production of our tiles. This is complemented by our environmentally friendly and responsible approach to both manufacturing and procurement.
Our investments in Devon extend well beyond the capital equipment required to deliver excellent products and value. They also embrace huge investments in the technology and human resources necessary to build strong and lasting relationships and the delivery of excellent customer service.
